Cancellation policy
We understand that situations can arise in which you need to cancel your appointment. Because availability is limited, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Please note:
- A 30% charge applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance.
- A 100% charge applies to no-shows, to the card on file.
- A maximum of two reschedules per booking.
All deposits are non-refundable.
